This specifically designed Hammer is machined from 7075-T6 Billet aluminum and has a hard coat anodized finish for maximum durability while maintaining a lighter weight. The latch on this charging handle has aggressive serrations and texturing, allowing the shooter to engage it positively every time, whether they are wearing gloves or not.
To improve reliability on the Hammer Sig MCX Charging Handle, Fortis has also redesigned the backstop of the latch. The new and improved design decreases stress on the roll pin and improves reliability and performance.
